Are you a member of the Entrepreneur Fund? Use your electronic Member Pages to contact us, where you can send us messages and attachments securely.
The Entrepreneur Fund responds to e-mails sent by its members via the electronic Member Pages.
Please do not send us messages or attachments containing your personal data via unencrypted email.
If you do not have encrypted email and cannot access your Member Pages, please let us know by emailing neuvonta@yrittajakassa.fi. In this case, we will send you a secure email to which you can reply safely.

Teams-remote meeting
Virtual Customer Service
You can book an appointment for a Teams remote meeting with us. Here’s how the booking process works:
- Book a time for a Teams meeting from this link
- You will receive a booking confirmation by email
- You will receive a reminder email one day before the meeting
- If you are our member, we will send a message to your Member Pages on the morning of the meeting, including the meeting link
- If you are not yet our member, we will send the meeting link to your email on the morning of the meeting
- Join the meeting via the link provided
Information about the meeting:
- Please arrive on time, as the meeting is scheduled to last 30 minutes
- Please do not share your meeting link with others
- The meeting will not be recorded
- You are responsible for the security of your own devices and for setting up your connection
- Customer service representatives cannot share materials via screen sharing during the meeting
- The chat function will not be used during the Teams meeting
Cancelling the meeting
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can cancel it via the booking confirmation email you received.
If the meeting is less than 24 hours away, you can cancel by sending a message to neuvonta@yrittajakassa.fi.
