Retirement

If you have been granted a statutory old-age pension or a full invalidity pension, membership in the Entrepreneur Fund is no longer useful to you, since these pensions prevent the payment of unemployment allowances.

However, if you have been granted partial old-age pension or partial invalidity pension, you are entitled to apply for daily allowance if you become unemployed. In this case the daily allowance is determined based on the annual income used as your insurance level in the Entrepreneur Fund before the pension payments started.

Partial invalidity pension is deducted from your daily allowance, but partial old-age pension does not affect your unemployment allowance.

As a rule, unemployment allowances cannot be paid after you turn 65 years of age.
