Do your bills keep getting lost in the mail? Switch from paper invoices to the practical e-invoice by 30.6.2025 and you’ll be entered into a giveaway for a gift card.
During the campaign period, we will draw three €100 K-Group gift cards among our members who have switched to a more environmentally friendly way of invoicing.
Now is an excellent time to transition to efficient and secure e-invoicing.
How to switch to e-invoicing
- Sign an e-invoice contract in your personal online bank.
- Select “Yrittäjän työttömyyskassa” as your invoicing provider and enter your personal ID number as your unique identifier.
- You will then receive your membership fee invoice conveniently directly in your online bank. The invoice will be saved in your online bank, where you can save it on your own computer if you wish.
You will then be automatically entered into the draw for the gift voucher.
To protect the confidentiality of your membership data, we provide e-invoices only to your personal online bank account, not to your company’s online bank, for example. For more information on e-invoicing, please contact your bank.
